In polished aluminium and anodized mouth. For restaurants, supermarkets, canteens, average and large communities, fit to grate cheese, bread, dried fruit and biscuits. Manufactured with cast iron, grating roll, basin for cheese and hopper are made of 18/8 stainless steel. The moving parts are assembled on ball bearing.
The engine, fully tested, provided with a cooling fan, is of elevated working efficiency and power. The electric unit, generating 24 Vs power, is connected with a micro-electromagnetic switch on the press handle (C.E. Standards).
